- Exploring and Planning all changing in Finance & Accounting department by projects to evaluate work flows and improvements to enhance productivity and maximize efficiency
- Project deployment including mapping business processes and finance & accounting processes, integrating business operation systems and finance & accounting systems
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects in finance domain
- Documenting guideline for users
- Team Management
- Other special initiatives and duties will be assigned as need arises
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Economics required.
- Experience as project leader in 3 big projects at least in Finance/Banking/Media/Communication/Auditing or Application Consulting
- Experience in ERP system, transformation project and process management is a big plus
- MNC experience is a big advantage
- English is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced systems, analytical and modeling skills
- Strategic Thinking
