Equity Research Executive
Mô tả công việc
• Stock market
- Monitor, research, and analyze factors affecting Vietnam and the world stock market
- Update circulars and laws relating to the stock market
• Business analysis
- Research, analyze and estimate fair value for industrial companies in charge
- Write company reports and industrial reports that provide insightful, creative perspectives, identify investment opportunities for clients and apply a reverse approach to the crowd
- Develop detailed cash flow discount models for companies, focusing on key factors combining sensitivity analysis
- Conduct company research, business analysis, finance and valuing potential investment companies in Vietnam
• Update always changes in the business environment and forecast their impact on investment companies in Vietnam
• Coordinate with relevant department to organize customer events, national and international professional seminars
• Complete other tasks assigned by management
• Report directly to the Head of Equity Research
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in the same position for securities companies, fund management companies, auditing companies and other financial institutions
• Qualifications: Bachelor of securities, economics, finance, banking, foreign trade in domestic and international universities
• Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of business and accounting operations of Vietnamese companies
- Master the ethical standards related to securities and analytical activities
• Computer usability: MOffice and AmiBroker, MetaStock software
• Skills:
- Good information collection, analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Proficiency to independently analyze and evaluate corporate finance, to prepare financial models, and evaluation
- Analyze and recommend about international and local markets
• Dignity: Integrity; Independent thinking, Teamwork, professional working style, High working pressure, careful, meticulous
• English language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Other: Willing to travel.
• Preferred qualifications: Candidates those who have Master's degree or PhD in Economics / Finance or CFA / CPA / ACCA certificates, or have experiencein economics and finance studying will be much preferable
