Our client is an FDI manufacturing company, now looking for an Employees Relationship In Charge in Tay Ninh:

Consultant and partner of Human Resources Manager in Labor and Industrial Relation matters
Handle labor dispute between employee and company, as a liaison to the Government, and as a management representative
Leadership and management of Industrial Relations issues
Lead the negotiation of industrial agreements with the experience to cost any changes, seek improved working arrangements and deliver in negotiations
Manage the grievance procedure
Manage workplace investigations where required manner in accordance with award requirements
Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout theCompany
Represent the Company in discussions and meetings with government agenciesand Labor Union
Evaluate current policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with laws/ Regulations. Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees
Process labor disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, developcomplaintsprocesses, guidelines and investigation
Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargainingand corporate-wide industrial relations issues

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Male/Female
Academic level: University degree in industrial relations, employment law or human resources or arelated fields
Experience in contemporary workplace reform and industrial relations issues affecting a diverse organization
Language: Good English communication
Good computer skills
