Mô tả công việc

Plan, execute, and deeply analyze A/B tests (gameplay, MO); set up tracking and remote config for game products
Process and analyze raw data; visualize data as requested by relevant departments
Support monetization decisions using data: design IAP shop, configure ad flows and ad networks
Monitor game performance, analyze key metrics (retention, funnel, LTV, etc.) and recommend improvements
Build predictive models or simulations (e.g., economy sinks/sources, level tuning models) to support long-term balance and scalability.
Partner with QA and development teams to ensure balancing changes are implemented accurately and tested thoroughly.
Collaborate across teams to provide data-driven product advice, report results, and share internal insights

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Knowledge:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
Able to work full-time at the office
6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong foundation in statistics and analytical thinking
Basic understanding of monetization models and game publishing workflows is a plus
Preferred: Interest or experience in mobile/casual games

Skill:

Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to turn complex data into practical insights
Proficient in SQL and intermediate Python
Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Looker / AppScript is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English communication
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Canva
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
