Covering Country and Credit Risk Management

You will be part of a Risk Management Division covering country and credit risk management (CCRM):
• Developing and maintaining credit risk management framework and policies and oversee consistent and effective implementation.
• Address local in-country regulatory requirements/expectations while ensuring alignment with overall Group approach/methodology
• Proposing and setting credit risk management limits and concentration ratios
• Monitor the credit performance of the consumer portfolio of the Group (eg. delinquency and NPL ratios)
• Monitoring of utilization against internally set triggers/limits
• Ensure sound asset quality and a cautious, but competitive and constructive, credit culture throughout the review, recommendation and approval of corporate and commercial lending & treasury trading/underwriting activities and transactions.
• Maintain close dialogue with corporate front line and advise on appropriate structuring of credit facilities.
• Conduct portfolio and sector review to assist Management in understanding and mitigating specific industry/sector risk.
• To participate in UAT on credit risk management systems
• Act as the contact person on CCRM related issues
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree holder majoring in Business, Finance or equivalent professional certifications with relevant experience in a financial institution. Advanced qualifications like Masters in Finance, CFA, FRM/ PRM would be advantageous.
• Team player, self-motivated and resourceful
• Excellent verbal and communications skills and proficient in Microsoft
• Numerically inclined with a strong analytical mind
• Previous experience in credit
