PLF is looking for a Vietnamese qualified lawyer to join our law firm.
Your role will mainly focus on advising local and foreign investors on corporate, M&A and commercial matters.
- Advise local and foreign investors (under the supervision of senior team members) on corporate and M&A, securities investments and commercial agreements;
- Liaise with clients and regulators in financial services;
- Support and train junior associates and paralegal;
- Other tasks as assigned by the managing partner or senior legal counsels..

Can do attitude;
Collaborative and engaged team player;
LLB and/or higher degree (an LLB or LLM from overseas is a plus);
Admitted to practice in Vietnam (or in the process of being admitted)
3 years + PQE as M&A lawyer in a law firm in Vietnam or overseas;
At least 7.0 IELTS or equivalent;
Good experience and knowledge of contracts, corporations and foreign investment;
Be able to manage work efficiently under pressure;
Willing to learn from other legal team members;
Having a long-term commitment.
Age: >30 years old
