Compliance Officer (HCM)
Mô tả công việc
- Checking and advice business matters to ensure it follows State regulations and the Company’s charter and internal policies and regulations;
- Handling AML, FATCA, ABAC, Customer Information Protection, etc., including systemized matters;
- Regulations update, gap analysis and training/support related depts. to comply with new regs;
- Coordinate with other departments to collect comments on new regulation drafts;
- Communication with regulators (SBV, Police, Tax, etc.);
- Handling corporate governance matters;
- Compliance policies draft;
- Assisting in some projects of the company as assigned;
- Making compliance reports as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Major: Law;
- Experience: 1 - 2 working years in Legal or Compliance;
- English is a compulsory requirement; Chinese is a plus but not a compulsory requirement;
- Experience in trading activities of FDI is a plus;
- Good at negotiation and communication;
- Undertake for high pressure.
