Mô tả công việc
Our client is an FDI Garments company, now looking for a Compliance Manager in Quang Nam:
- Social Compliance
- Review documents, recommend ideas, and follow up progress
- Arrange customer’s audit schedule with factories
- Review Factory / 3rd party audit report & prepare updated report
- Review factory, provide recommendation, solution and assist factories to prepare for Customer / Customer 3rd Party Audit
- Submit all related Audit Reports to superiors and related departments
- Assist factories to develop Self-Assessment Program
- Arrange Training & Seminar activities
- Follow up customer’s program / project status
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors
- Communication, information sharing and data control
- Maintain information and knowledge flow between customers & third party monitoring firms, and all other related sections
- Collect, update information, and share information & details of related issues
- Take charge of the Social Compliance Manuals
- Make contact with related personnel, customers, and firms
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female, over 30 years old
- Academic level: University Degree in related fields
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in Garments manufacturing company
- Language: good English communication
- Good computer skills
