Mô tả công việc
- Consult patent/trademark issue and claims of those patents found;
- Proactively identify, evaluate and advise business leaders and relevant internal stakeholders on legal risk;
- Provide legal strategy and supports on product claims/liability and competitor challenges and defenses;
- Keep abreast of changes in US laws and regulations (especially from Amazon) affecting business/operations and effectively communicate such changes to internal stakeholders and provide necessary consulting;
- Drive accountability and ownership in the Legal function to deliver high quality legal support with optimal cost structures;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor (major in Law), has a mindset about Intellectual Property Rights;
- Ability to read - understand and write in English well (Minimum IELTS 6.5);
- Good at Spatial Geometry, ability to understand technical drawings is a plus
- Detailed, careful, hard-working, progressive spirit;
- Prefer to learn, capable of self-study, self-research;
- Ability to communicate and persuade effectively;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project;
- The ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure;
- Good planning and organization skills, proactive at work.
Skills
- Logic thinking, strong criticism and problem-solving skills;
- Have a mindset on intellectual property rights, e-commerce;
- Having experience in contract is preferred.
