Work for TEKO Vietnam, Phong Vu, and other companies in group

Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, and other licenses.
Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arisingduring operations and activities of the company.
Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in HighStandard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliancewith the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly
litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Monitor and track new regulations, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support
management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Legal Manager.

Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law and University of Economics HCMC
From 03 to 05 years of working experience (investment, e-commerce, retail, merchants, technology).
Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone.
Good command of written English is required.
Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to investment/retail/e-commerce/Technology field;
Careful, meticulous and pay attention to details;
Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices
in a business environment;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented.
