Mô tả công việc
• Be responsible for full process of local recruitment for the system of Singapore International School.
• Post jobs, screen and interview candidates, arrange next interviews with department for shortlisted candidates.
• Collect all required documents from the candidate, conduct reference check, and process offer for finalized candidate.
• Maintain, update and develop the database of job applicants.
• Be in charge of all training related matters for staff.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork for training participants as required by the company policy.
• Ensure training programs’ efficiency and effectiveness and training outputs are achieved.
• Maintain, update and develop the training database.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor/ Diploma Degree in Human Resource, English or other related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in Recruitment .
• Good command of English.
• Good at communication skill, negotiation skill.
