The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
+ Check, review contracts and negotiation with related parties.
+ Provide legal advices for business activities.
+ Internal check and follow up the implementation of Corporate and company’s compliance policies & procedures.
+ Support Compliance training for internal needs.
+ Keep track, update on laws & regulations that impact company business.
+ Work with State Authorities for company’s application & compliance to laws.
+ Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
* Note: Working locations for successful candidates:
+ 01 located in Thang Long Industrial Park, but often travels & works in Hung Yen (Panasonic Appliances Vietnam Co., Ltd)
+ 01 located in E-town, 364 Cong Hoa, HCM; but often travels & works in Binh Duong & Linh Trung, Thu Duc

Yêu cầu ứng viên

+ BA degree of Law
+ At least 4 years of experience in related roles
+ Experience in business environment, good understanding of Corporate business and culture will be preferred
+ Global mindset, planning skills
+ Good computer skill especially Powerpoint.
