Mô tả công việc

- Manage valuation team and control quality of all valuation reports;
- Maintain an understand both local and national real estate markets;
- Review valuation and feasibility study reports for the Client as Vietnam and International Valuation Standard;
- Liaise with clients to collect relevant information and feedbacks relating to valuation;
- Perform in- depth due diligence analysis and market advisory;
- Build and maintain client relationships in the business line;
- Provide timely responses to client quote requests;
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly with relevant Directors;

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Education: at least BA in Real Estate, Finance, Economics
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in related field and CFA level II (priority)
- Language: Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
- Key characteristics: Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task
- Literacy, for writing reports and presentations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good làm việc nhóm, analytical, and problem- solving skills
- Business- related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
