Tuyển Tax Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Manage tax area of the whole project (Vinfast, joint ventures and overseas subsidiary);
- Participate in setting up tax part of the SAP system, tax compliance system and operational policies;
- Negotiate with business partners to optimize tax liabilities through deal structure, application of tax treaties and overseas tax credit;
- Approach tax authorities to obtain favorable tax guidance and propose changes in policies to support the automotive industry in general and Vinfast in particular in conjunction with VinGroup team;
- Manage tax services of external advisors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Finance - Accounting, Banking, or other related majors;
- At least 4 + years of experience in tax field;
- Preferably a combination of experience from industry and Big 4/ law firm;
- Solid knowledge and experience in resolving challenging problems of corporate tax and compliances;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Very strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken);
- Highly motivated individuals, dedicated, innovative and good interpersonal skills;
- Tax practicing certificate or CPA would be an advantage.
