Mô tả công việc
- Assesses training needs for the entire sales organization and prepare annual training plan for the approval of Sales Capability Manager
- Assists Sales Capability Manager in identifying and analyzing performance problem areas and in recommending training solutions
- Plans, trains or organizes training as per approved training plan
- Prepares and update sales manual, sales training materials and other relevant
- Prepares and update sales manual, sales training materials and other relevant selling tools
- Organizes training modules for all functional levels of sales force
- Conducts orientation and sales training for new staff and prepare follow up programs to ensure that new staff are fully inducted and well trained
- Assists Sales Capability Manager in organizing annual sales conference for distributors and sales force as requested
- Prepares reports about training activities and results and inform of problem areas
- Acts as an internal auditor
- Other tasks as assigned by line Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least, 2 year sales & training management experience a in a FMCG company
- English speaking and writing fluently.
- Familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player
