Tuyển QA Supervisor
Mô tả công việc
- Document company ISO and SOPs relative to QA.
- Help create Work Instructions and Work Procedures for Production.
- Making Material specs approved for use in Production.
- Prepare Item Watch Out List as guidelines for making quality products.
- Product Testing activities.
- Do periodic calibration for QA tools and keep data for scheduling for other tool calibration done by 3rd Party.
- Filling up QA Action plan of Customer Complaints on ERP.
- Prepare Monthly Reports of Quality issues recorded form Customer and In-house.
- To Attend Sample review to take note of Quality issue to make Watch Outs.
- To receive Customer Complaints to help assist in the Corrective action and write on ERP.
- To assist in the maintenance and management of QA reference files such as Signed Master panels and Approved Component Reference.
- To assist in the Product testing – follow up for preparations of samples to test, make reports.
- To keep a log file for QA tools and making schedules for calibration date due to ensure QA tools remains accurate to use.
- To conduct periodic Internal Audit of the SOPs, WI and Procedures to ensure they are still currently in effect for production.
- Do other works as will be required by the Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Experience:
- At least 2 years working as QA staff in a Furniture related company.
- With good initiative in writing documents for standards.
- Cability to read CAD.
- Orderly and organized in QA document filing.
- Good local communication.
* Skills and other abilities
- Should be able to read and write English well.
- Good literacy in computer especially in MS Office apps, Word Excel and Powerpoint.
- Can do CAD drawing editing is an added skill value.
- Responsible in doing the job with lessinstructions.
