Mô tả công việc
- Research and analyze competitor products and solutions.
- Support development team on new products
- Support go-to-market strategies with blog, web content, product introduction video, tutorial video, email campaigns, etc...
- Plan and implement marketing actions.
- Contact and collect customer feedback.
- Support and follow up customer’s requests about products and services by email/chat/phone in English.
- Work with various teams (Design, development, support) to implement strategies.
- Conduct other tasks assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s Degree with majors in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade,...
- Fluent in English (IELTS, TOEIC certificate is preferable).
- Require Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skill.
- Have knowledge about Technology, Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Email marketing, Google AdWords,…).
- Good teamwork and Quick learner.
