Company Profile:
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a big food services company. Our highly respected client is seeking a HR Manager with at least 5 year-experience in the HR leading role. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
HR Manager will be focused on defining & executing the people strategy to cope with the business goals, managing the HR functional teams to deliver the high quality of HR operational activities and building up the performance driven culture across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make plans for the recruitment & selection processes to achieve the business goals and build up a good image of company.
• Be responsible for salary, incentive, bonuses & benefits to ensure the internal equity, market competitiveness.
• Ensure HR budget to meet up the business goals.
• Build up the company policies, internal regulations, HR procedures.
• Responsible for the KPIs setting, annual salary review and year-end bonus distribution.
• Advise the Line Managers and Department Heads in the people related matters
• Conduct the training programs to improve the productivity and leverage the leadership across the organization
• Develop the employee engagement programs to increase the staff morale and positive energy
• Provide the HR metrics and analysis reports to support for BOD in a decision-making process
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree or above
• Deep understanding about Vietnam Labor Laws, Vietnam labor market. Strong skills in C&B.
• Experience: minimum 5 year-experience in the HR leading role.
• Nice & confident, hard-working, customer oriented and strong business acumen
• Strong at MS Excel, Word, PPT, good at analytical and systematic thinking, communication, interpersonal, teamwork and analytical thinking.
