Mô tả công việc
1. Carry out recruitment process for assigned departments/ breweries and assigned positions/ levels.
2. Search candidates from effective sources to ensure providing qualified candidates for the corporation/ breweries
3. Guide new employees on on-boarding process and facilitate the process properly.
4. Work with business units’ leaders on recruitment needs, employment relations matters related to transfer, promotion, etc.
5. Support other human capital projects.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Possess University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, Good English skills, Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point, email, internet, etc.
3. Familiar with recruitment process and good interview skills
4. At least 2-3 years of working in headhunting companies in charge of FMCG clients or working in recruitment for FMCG companies
5. Creative, dynamic and able to work under pressure
6. Available to start now is a plus
