Tuyển Legal Specialist
Mô tả công việc
- Build, draft and evaluate legal documents related to all activities of the company.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, partners, external legal counsel to construct and ensure our activities are following the current laws and regulations.
- Advise Departments on updated laws and regulations which are related to or impact on their fields and functions.
- Periodically build, manage and update new legal documents.
- Effectively assess potential legal risks in the business that the company is operating in the short-term and long-term.
- Be the representative for the company in any dispute or litigation processes (if required).
- Perform other tasks as required by the BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors’ degree in Commercial, Civil, Economic, Labor Law.
- At least 03 years in similar position, experience in settling actual disputes and complaints within the retail industry or at a law firm.
- Good at English (especially speaking and writing).
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizing and time management skills.
- High ability of working under minimum supervision.
- Trustworthy, attention to detail.
