Mô tả công việc
• Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies
• Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
• Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
• Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
• Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
• Support the HR Manager to prepare annual budget
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
• Participate/ assist HRM in implementing teams projects & initiatives
• Prepare and manage all the related reports
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• MBA/ or BA in Law, Economics, Foreign Language or relating subjects.
• Minimum 3-year experience in human resources (C&B role) in foreign companies with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
• Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience in working with HR Management system and using ERP software such as SAP is a strong plus;
• Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese and international partners;
• Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
• Mature, careful and result-oriented
• Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
• Ability to work under high pressure and workload;
• Fluent in English is a must;
