Mô tả công việc

Maintain good working relationship with customers, keep confidentiality between company and customer.
Effectively communicate changes in designs to clients, as well as internal departments, to ensure design vision is met.
Work with engineers to finalize drawings, finishing department to develop new samples, and costing departments to provide quotations for clients.
Provide information to purchasing department and component team to source new materials and components as needed.
Maintain files, sort and record documents as necessary.
Communicate with executives at TAVN and TAUS to ensure open lines of communication and secure specifications for new product development.
Conduct research to create new literature in tandem with Marketing Department for release of educational material for OEM and Retail customers.

Experience with different components and materials in furniture-veneer, metal, stone, solid woods, color panel.
High level of understanding when reviewing full size drawings-AutoCAD is a plus but basic review ability required.
Great team skills and excellent interaction skills within a diverse manufacturing environment.
Global business experience, customer service, interacting with customers globally.
Good at English.
Good at MS. Office.
Hard working, honest, dynamic.
