Tuyển Chuyên Viên Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng (Logistic)
Mô tả công việc
• Building information channels so that customers can easily access information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods...
• Clues receive all information about customer complaints, give directions for handling, submit to GD for comments and discussions at the HOD
• Build the relationships with the existing customers and potential customers
• Provide product/ service knowledge to present to our customer
• Plan to visit VIP customers + Visit customer with sales
• Organize measurement of customer satisfaction level 2 times/ year. Report the results to GD, find out the causes of bad customer reviews, unsatisfactory customer, propose improvement solutions
• Coordinate with other department to support our customer to achieved sales target
• Report the relevant problem to Sales Manager and GM
• Follow up Sales Lead and overseas agent project shipment
• Review lost customer and qualified customers weekly
• Customer Card of VIP with Precaution - Check and update Quotation to customer monthly - work on service contact with customer - Follow with Acc if customer late on payment
• Pricing under CS VIP/ Pricing Division
• Current jobs without sales manager: Tranning Sales; Summary report from sales.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College/ University with Foreign Trade, Economic, Business Administration degree or relevant
• At least 1 years experience in Customer service logistc term
• Good communication in Chinese and English, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly self - motivated, self - confident
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
• Adequate computer skills - MS Office
• English communication is required.
