Mô tả công việc
- Develop existing customer relationships and look for new customer channels.
- Attend specialized investment events and seminars.
- Write/update reports on industrial property market and customers demand.
- Travel to other provinces or cities to meet developers, clients, investors when necessary.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate Marketing Department to implement events and programs to promote company services .
- Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments to ensure a total understanding of the industrial property market and foreign investment trend in Vietnam.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of land law and other relevant legal issues Vietnam.
- Other duties assigned by your manager.
- Meeting with foreign investors and large corporations in Vietnam and the world.
- Opportunities to build and expand relationships with leading corporations, associations and business partners.
- Dynamic environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from university
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
- Minimum 1 year in sales, marketing, customer service position
- Strong analytical and report writing skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills;
- Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative;
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
