- Create and Update Job Descriptions
- Place job requirements on the Internet and other channels to increase available candidate pool.
- Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates interested in temporary and permanent employment.
- Conduct phone screens and determine candidate’s viability.
- Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools, developing relationships with university’s and out-placement services.
- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate salary.
- Maintain excellent documentation with the any of the company’s on-line systems as well as any hard files or recruiter metrics.
- Make sure recruitment process is up to company policy and procedure
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience in Executive Search Firms or Wholesale Distribution ones will be preferred
- Proficiency with online communications, search engines and career websites
- Required skill(s): Searching Skills, Interview Skills, Negotiating Skills, Communication Skills.
- Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques is preferred
- Ability to generate database from your own contacts.
- Able to work independently, yet a team-oriented player would be an added advantage
- Proactive and desire to learn
