Site Supervisor (Wellness Stores Chain)

1. Monitor the operation of all stores
- Go to stores for checking the situation and support for store operation, ensuring the New Business Store follow concept properly
- Coordinate between all stores for information sharing, inventory transferring
- Understand all the information and promotion from MD to store operation, follow up the application of all stores and report to MD
- Collaborate with MD on an equal footing
- Coordinate with supplier for ordering and delivery
2. Support for opening new stores:
- Support for setup fixture and display for new stores.
- Training operation/cashier skill and product knowledge for new staff
- Support for operation during the opening period
- Coordinate with recruitment team to hiring right staffs for new stores
3. Other duties:
- Support MD to complete the assortment plan for new store chain following new concept
- Coordinate with HR and store OP to do the skill training for store staffs
- Make daily, monthly report
- Create and print POP, product information… for all stores.
- Arrange with accounting for payment to suppliers.
- Order small equipment, stationery and material for store using.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor Deputy Manager/Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications & Experience:
- College or University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- 1-3 years experience.
Knowledge, skills & Behavior
- Good communication skill (both verbal & written).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Time-management and team work skills.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.
- Ability to find the true cause and reason for things and to solve them positively
