Responsiblefor driving brand strategy, branddevelopment and integrated marketing communication executionacross channels, resulting increase in brand awareness and revenue:
- Manage Marcom budget, execution of corporate & brand communications accrosschannels, including: ATL, BTL, PR, social media, events and digital, resulting in sales increase for specific brands.
- Analyse data and conduct researches to craft a data-driven strategythat aligned with business objectives.
- Propose strategy for corporate & brands, plan out proposalsin details: research, creatives, executions and budget allocations.
Oversee agencyand partnership management:
- Liaise with agenciesfor the executions of Marcomcampaigns, overseeing Social Media, Activation & Event agencies.
- Explore partnership opportunities and manage relationship with partners, promoting IPP TR's brand exposure through tourism, travel and retail.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives that bring positive ROI on brand, partner and business performance; ensure effectiveness and maximise business partnership.
- Manage relationships and proactively collaborate with partners to develop mutualcampaigns, co-branding activities & other win- win marketing solutions.
Coordinate with other subsidiaries on Corporate-level projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Fluent in English 4 skills
Growth mindset, be capable of interpretation of business direction.
Senior leadership with outstanding communication skills to negotiate with third parties/government. Having knowledge or understanding Integrated trade, Customer and shopper marketing, Consumer Analysis, Project Management, Brand management, Merchandising, Global trade show and events, Retail operation.
