Senior Legal Specialist (Working in Hanoi)

- Providing legal opinions, advising legal/regulatory issues, preparing/finalizing legal documents for day-to-day works.
- Participating actively in problem-solving and decision-making in all areas of the business.
- In charge of compliance issues (such as record management, standards of business conducts and contract management policy) for the Company.
- Provide legal and corporate commercial advice on daily and ad hoc operational and business issues
- Management of documentation review in accordance with current legal practices,
systems and processes
- Review, interpretation and authentication of a variety of legal documents
- Performance of detailed validation of data elements on legal documentation
- Adherence to complex process requirements and directions
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Strong background in, and analytical skills relative to, contract review and negotiation
- At least 05 years working in similar position
- Good command of English
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and legal procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate risk, urgency and prioritize tasks
- Strong judgment and ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Working location: Hanoi
