Mô tả công việc

- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

- Manage legal risks by identifying potential legal issues and providing guidance on how to mitigate them.

- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

- Supervise the work of junior legal staff and provide guidance on legal matters as needed.

- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other interactions with external parties.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations that may affect the company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field

- Minimum of 05 years of experience working in Corporate Legal Departments or Law Firms related to business operations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice that supports the company’s objectives.
