Mô tả công việc

Develop, interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community active.
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
Work with the branding, creative, social and campaign communication team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, timely content and ensure brand consistency.
Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines.
Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community.
Research and use social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation.
Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.

Must be flexible and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
Solid experience in community management, social media and social listenning tools.
From 2 - 3 years of experience.
Actively update professional knowledge to improve skills.
Dynamic, professional style, Strong analytical skills and sensitive for catching trending content.
Prior experience in eCommerce/Retail company preferred.
Good English communication preferred.
