Retails Purchasing Manager
Mô tả công việc
1. Purchasing Duties:
- Recommend new products are appropriate to TH group and True Mart standards
- Complete all of requirement for new products as procedures
- Negotiate with vendors for sales policies
- Manage purchasing contract and vendors profiles
- Follow and support vendors for payment process
2. Sales Planning:
- Propose weekly/monthly/yearly new products lauching compaign
- Propose sales planning periodically and cooperate implementation
- Build exhibition standards for whole chain of stores
- Adjust products and sectors as sales statements
3. Manage Goods and Revenue:
- Forecast of sales and propose orders
- Cooperate with warehouses and vendors to ensure goods are delivered on time
- Follow, manage goods at stores and propose sales plans for inventory and goods are going out-of-date
- Analyze and evaluate current sales statement of new products, propose to wide open/eliminate new products
4. Training Activity
- Build training material that related to new products
- Support training for knowledge and sales operation that related to new products
- Involve to supervise store sales activities, propose re-training of products knowledge (If any)
5. Other tasks
- Cooperate with business development dept to implement projects that related to products
- Cooperate with Market Research Dept to forecast trends of consumption
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant of Business Administration or Marketing major
- Preferred have 5 years of experience in buying in Retail Operations
- Be able to communicate well with internal and external
- Good at persuasion and negotiation
- Good knowledge of purchasing role as surplus, sales, profit, inventory, management
- Good analysis and decision making skill
- Outstanding collaboration, negotiation and partnership skills
- Good at English/ Computer skills
- Willing to travel frequently
