Job Summary: To develop and implement policies of HR for Food Blending project including recruitment, C&B to be in line with company’s manpower requirement and serve HR strategies and business objectives; To ensure effectively in providing qualified manpower that can support company business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment for the project;
- Basing on project recruitment plan to deploy searching candidates and arrange interview on time;
- Advising project leader on best practice recruitment and selection.
- Preparing job descriptions and job specifications.
- Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
- Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
- Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants;
- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities;
- Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that project leader and HR leader are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
- Follow-up the probation of newly employees;
- Proposing compensation and benefits for the employees of the project;
- Preparing personnel reports of the project;
- Ensure sufficient personnel of the project;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years experiences of recruitment & training work in a multinational company
- Age 25+
Others:
- English fluently (both speaking and writing)
- MS Office literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Good understand of Vietnam Labor Law is a must
- Understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Honest, Quick response, Sharp, Sense of urgency and importance
- Good interpersonal skill
- Problem solving skill
