• Production & Performance Management
  • Lead and coordinate all production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
  • Optimize manufacturing resources to maximize output efficiency and control production costs.
  • Analyze and address excessive production costs, implementing corrective actions.
  • Improve labor efficiency through organization, standardization, and skills development.
  • Ensure proper equipment maintenance and availability in coordination with maintenance teams.
• Continuous Improvement & Excellence System
  •  Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
  • Deploy and sustain the Hutchinson Excellence System, including:
    • Visual management, QRQC, Gemba walks, Regular team briefings and performance reviews
  • Promote a strong culture of operational discipline and problem-solving.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, programs, and legal regulations.
  • Take appropriate actions or escalate risks when HSE issues are identified.
  • Define HSE KPIs for production supervisors and monitor performance regularly.
  • Lead workshop HSE action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct and follow up on regular HSE audits within production areas.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible workshop environment.
• Quality Management
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Promote a “right first time” mindset across production teams.
  • Guarantee effective 5S implementation and sustainability in workshops.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues.
• People Management & Compliance
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and company regulations.
  • Support HR activities including hiring, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Foster strong leadership presence, engagement, and accountability on the shop floor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience & Education
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record in automotive or similarly demanding industrial environments.
  • Strong experience with advanced operational excellence or lean manufacturing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies
  • Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Solid technical background in high-standard manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international context.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
