Payroll Officer (PIT) is responsible for successful implementation of following tasks:
• Assist team leader with monthly PIT calculation for employees;
• Collect and calculate employee’s other incomes for PIT calculation purpose
• Assist leader with PIT finalization as required
• Ensure the accuracy and timely PIT payment to Tax Department.
• Ensure PIT provisional withholding and finalization are conducted accurately and timely in accordance with PIT law, issue PIT certificate.
• Work closely with Accounting team to analyze, reconcile PIT numbers
• Participate in development of software for payroll.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Team Leader
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or higher
- Experience of working or liaising with international company / organizations
- Proven experience in Payroll works especially calculating PIT for foreign employees
- Excellent communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong problem solving skills; .
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Labor Law, PIT Law knowledge
- Other working skills such as planning, reporting is preferred
- Working location: Thanh Hoa
