Collaborating with the Excutive Assistant to General Manager, internal teams and partners on operation projects;
Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects;
Analyze and maintain operational data;
Develop improved business functionality that increases profits as per given assignment if needed;
Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes;
Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency;
Other tasks assigned by Excutive Assistant to General Manager.

Bachelor’s Administration or related field;
Administration or data analysis and customer service experience;
Fluent English;
Effective written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
Experience using computers for a variety of task, plus prefer for candidate who is able to use the application to manage the sale orders;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Good organization skills.
Frefer candidate live in Binh Duong province.
