Mô tả công việc
• Planning, monitoring, updating annual HSE policies and procedures
• Update new regulations, new laws related to HSE
• annual training and recording
• Make HSE report for HO
• Support internal/external audit, social compliance programs like Wrap, SLCP
• Manage HSE network at the factory
• Ensure that the Company complies with all local laws, Company requirements and client legal requirements.
• Monitoring the occupational safety and health system at the factory
• Planning, training Occupational safety and health, first aid at the factory
• Check the safety of equipment, make sure the factory complies with FF law; and equipment with strict safety requirements
• Registration and inspection of equipment with strict safety requirements
• Train, deliver, manage, inspect the use of PPE by employees
• Periodic monitoring and observation of the working environment at the factory
• Manage the use, storage and movement of chemicals, waste and hazardous waste at the plant
• Manage drinking water, daily life, wastewater as required by law
• Management of issues related to the environment
• Whole plant risk assessment
• Investigate and collect work accidents / Manage occupational accident records
• Emergency management, training and incident notification.
• Manage contractor/suppliers concerns for safe work.
• Do other jobs as required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having experience as an audit of a clothing company (from 1 year or more) or good English language
- Knowledgeable about Vietnamese law
- Location: Land area of planning industrial cluster Tho Xuan town, Xuan Truong commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam
- Working time from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (1 hour break for lunch)
