Mô tả công việc

Conduct monthly payroll, handle timesheet, labor contracts, insurance, PIT declaration and other tasks related to C&B
Work closely with Finance Department in reconciliation, budgeting and cost controlling
Prepare the reports to support Top Management in decision making.
Work with People Operations Manager and higher leaders to develop the C&B systems and benefit policies
Maintain employee records manually or in the internal systems
Involve in salary review processes
Consult Line Manager, and other leaders on regulation issues if required
Follow up with employees, managers, or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers, outsourcing) to ensure accuracy of C&B information
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Graduated with Bachelor's degree
Have in-depth knowledge of Social Insurance and Labor Law
Possess 2-5 years of experience in C&B and experience in handling payroll for at least 50 headcounts
General knowledge of Human Resource Management is a plus
Good problem solving skills
Proficient in word, excel and internet skills
Able to communicate effectively both in English and Vietname
Working 5 days/ week (off on Saturdays, Sundays) from 8h30AM to 5h30PM
