We are looking for a talented and motivated HR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. Additionally, this role involves managing labor contracts and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Description:
- Collaborate with managers for staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Prepare employment contracts and handle negotiations.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
- Resolve employee inquiries on contracts and HR matters.
- Collaborate on legal compliance.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Provide orientation and support transitions.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven HR experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in recruitment software and systems.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
Location: OJRT Beauty Office: No. 3, Street 20, An Phu Ward, City. Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time:
- 8 hours/day
- 1 day off a week
