Mô tả công việc
- Advise or assist in advising private and public sector clients on legal matters in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, and other practice groups if the case arises;
- Be responsible for supervising Paralegals within the corporate and M&A practice;
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal documents and correspondence to clients and other key stakeholders of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers;
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
- Communicate with clients or other offices of Rajah & Tann Asia;
- Provide training and perform promotional legal and other works as maybe requested by the Partners from time to time;
- Assist Partners in business development works; and
- Other related works that may be required by the Partners or Senior Associates from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Having a legal practice certificate;
- English fluency; fluency in other languages a bonus.
- Ability to perform in high pressure environment, including time and document management skills;
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese; and
- Ability to work well independently and as a team/member.
