Mô tả công việc

Description of Legal Senior Associate (Corporate and M&A) position:

· Advise clients on legal matters in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, and other practice groups if the case arises;

· Supervise Associates & Paralegals within the Corporate and M&A practice;

· Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal documents and correspondences to clients and other key stakeholders of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers;

· Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;

· Communicate with clients or other offices of Rajah & Tann Asia;

· Provide training and perform business development and other works as maybe requested by the Partners from time to time;

· Other related works as may be required by the Partners from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

· At least 8 years’ experience in reputable law firms;

· Having a legal practice certificate;

· English fluency is essential; fluency in other languages is a bonus;

· Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, including time and document management skills;

· Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese;

· Ability to work well independently and as a team.
