- As a Legal Lead, you will be a valuable support to leadership, provide administrative support, and proactively develop key partnerships in the vibrant Web3 industry..
Responsibilities:
- Legal supervision includes all domestic and cross-border legal activities, especially related to cryptocurrencies and investment - reinvestment cash flows
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment on business dealings involving cryptocurrency and international fund flows.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to cryptocurrency ventures and international investments.
- Ensure corporate compliance with current laws and regulations pertaining to cryptocurrency operations.
- Establish and manage relationships with foreign regulatory bodies, VC partners, and relevant organizations.
- Educate and support other departments on cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with regulators and authorities to address legal issues.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Graduated with a degree in law, Toeic 800 or IELTS 7.0 or higher
- Minimum 3 years as a legal advisor on cryptocurrency law, cross-border investment cash flow (Required)
- Priority is given to having experience working in Crypto projects, VCs or cross-border investment banks
- Solid understanding of international financial regulations, particularly those pertaining to foreign investments and capital flows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and strategic legal advising from a business perspective.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across languages and cultures.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed..
