- Researching on legal procedures and documents related to: Approval of investment policies; Zoning;
- Adjustment of the Planning; Basic design; Construction Engineering;
- Environmental impact assessment report; Appraisal of fire prevention design; Construction permits, procedures related to acceptance test of works put into use, procedures related to granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets;
- Drafting documents, explanatory reports, providing information to the Departments Sectors related to the project's legal work;
- Being the coordinator between the legal department of the member company and the parent company in Vietnam;
- Saving legal documents and documents related to the project;
- Other tasks as assigned by management and leadership.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from prestigious universities in law;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of real estate law;
- Good English, ability to edit specialized documents;
- Proficient in using MS Office;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Gender: Male;
- Working place: 192 Kabar Aye, Bahan Township, Yangon City, Myanmar.
