A: PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Highly qualified Legal Executive to support and oversee all legal aspects of our business in Vietnam. The position will help the company strictlyfollows local laws and regulations.

B. JOB DIMENSIONS

Direct reports to: Senior Legal Manager (and also to Legal & Corporate Affairs Director on project-based)

Key contacts:

1. Internal: LCA, Procurement, Finance, BSC, VSIP & My Phuoc Breweries, Sales & Marketing and People Teams

2. External: Local authorities & departments, licensing authorities and other external stakeholders.

C. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Legal support to the business operations:

• Review and manage all product labels in BU Vietnam/SEA.
• Review and monitor product labels, trademarks and amendments/variations thereof to ensure they are in compliance with Global Label Guidance and local requirements.
• Research and update laws and regulations to business functions and LCA.

2. Companies Licenses & Permits system monitoring and administration:

• Monitor, track out and update Licenses & Permits of 03 ABI entities (including 02 brewing plants) on Credit360 system.
• Conduct 360o system of Licenses & Permits training to 02 Breweries and relevant business functions.

3. Contract review and advice under Legal manager’s coaching and guidance:

• First stage draft, review and development of Sales and Commercial contracts.
• Support contract template drafting as instructed from time to time.

4. Admin support & handling:

• Manage company stamps and Management Power of Authority documentation.
• Company statutory documents keeping and filling.

5. LCA PPM:

• Plan, track out and manage annual LCA budget as well as actual/accrual expenses of Institutional & Legal Packages.
• Proceed and manage LCA pay-out.
• Report LCA Budget Tracking quarterly to Zone.
• Handling ZBB 1YP.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Law university degree
• Industry Experiences: Foreign-invested
• Position Experiences: Over 1- 3 years experience in similar role.
• Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Computer: Proficient skills in MS Office

Knowledge/ Skills

• Excellent ability to read, understand and write legal frameworks (laws, regulations, policies, decrees, SOP’s).
• Excellent understanding of Vietnamese legal system and applicable laws, especially in the corporate, industrial relations area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tact, diplomacy and discretion.
• Good persuasive and negotiation skill.
