Legal Executive

- Legal specialist will be in charge of assisting Group Leader in litigation process and the delivery of legal-related affairs of issues to ensure the smooth and responsive business operations via legal regulation compliance of requirements from internal and external parties;
- Give legal opinion, review, draft and analyze the legal documents and contracts to protect the rights and interest of Posco E&C Vietnam;
- Follow up and work with external counsel/authority on bad debt collection cases;
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulation for natural and juristic persons;
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence;
- Other duties as assigned by Division Leader and Group Leader.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualifications
- University degree with major of Law
2. Experience
- At least 5 years relevant working experience. The same positions in the field of construction is an advantage;
- Experience in debt collection is an advantage
3. Knowledge
- Good working knowledge and experience with the laws of Vietnam, particularly civil procedure code and construction law and related regulations.
4. Skills
- Creative problem-solving skill.
- Good listening, speaking, writing and reading English skills (especially listening and writing skills)
- Flexible, effective team work and interpersonal skill.
- Good written and verbal communication and presenting skills.
- Good facilitation and organizational skills.
5. Attitudes
- Willing and able to undertake work-related travel
- Commitment to the aims of Posco E&C Vietnam
- Discreet and respectful of confidentiality
- Follow the company’s regulation well
- Can work overtime and under high pressure
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
1. Làm việc tại: văn phòng Hà Nội - Tòa nhà Daeha (360 Kim Mã, quận Ba Đình, thành phố Hà Nội)
2. Thời gian làm việc: 8 giờ/ 1 ngày
3. Thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu, nghỉ Chủ Nhật (thứ 7 nghỉ hoặc đi làm theo thông báo của công ty)
4. Lương trả vào ngày 25 hàng tháng
5. Phép năm: 12 ngày/ năm (và 2 năm làm việc sẽ + thêm 1 ngày)
6. Tham gia đầy đủ các khoản BHXH/BHYT/BHTH và BH tai nạn 24/24
7. Đánh giá tăng lương hàng năm
