Mô tả công việc

Manage and execute communications programs focused on Corporate Culture issues, including Core values, employee engagement, HR communications, values-based communications, internal branding, products, organizations;
Execute event/ charity program/ internal newsletter/ video clip for a monthly basis to enhance the Pharmacity culture;
Write messages that will help relevant spokespeople convey information to help our employees understand the company’s strategy, organization, culture, services, products, and people;
Maintain, improve and activate internal network;
Listen and collect the voice/ expectations from employee and instill a strong positive company culture and employee experience;
Develop departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor Degree
Communications, Public Relations or equivalent
Good English (4 skills)
Microsoft office.
Minimum 3 years of experience in media relations and communications, preferably in retail.
Strong organizational and project management skills
Very good listening skills
Good writing and editing skills, verbal communication skills
Proactive and adaptive flexibility, solution-oriented
Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative, always-on, quickly-changing environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through skills; ability to establish and meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
