HSE/EHS

Implement, oversee and adapt policies and programs to improve the Company’s environmental, health, security and safety performance, ensure it complies with regulations and standards.
Manage EHS activities to ensure the Company complies with EHSS regulations as well as internal environmental policies.
Follow up with the concerned departments for checking the safety and hygiene standards in the sites/Distribution Centers/offices as well as drinking water samples;
Develop and deliver internal training of health, safety and security for all staff
Co-ordinate with other outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses as prescribed by law in environment, health, security, safety for staff such as Fire Fighting and Prevention course, First Aid Training course, Safety Training courses;
Guide safety operation standards, regulations and measures relating to occupation safety and hygiene to workers;

Facility

Closed monitoring of facility maintenance process.
Combine with related departments to troubleshoot to ensure production schedule.
Training for new and old employees in the team of maintenance, safety, fire protection, 5S,... and other requirements in accordance with the company's regulations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

3-5 years of experience at Supervisor level in EHS / HSE/ Facility;
Prefer Male around Thu Duc , Binh Duong
Ability to communicate in both verbal & written English
University Certificate majored in Industrial/Environment is preferable
Same position at global company
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are advanced.
Highly-motivated, Problem-solving skills;
Background from EHS;
Knowledge in safety and environment control and management
Knowledge in 3PL, Warehouse operations is a plus.
Illustrate the ability to listen and learn
Illustrate the ability to work independently or proactive to drive best practices standards
