I. JOB ROLE:
Administration functions:
- Carry out administration in accordance with the company and/or government regulations on administration.
- Support other departments on administration duties.
- Pass audit Social compliance & implement
Human Resources functions:
- Coordinate with HOD, Management Board to set-up and carry-out HR Policies in conformity with the Company policy and Vietnam Laws.
- Set up and ensure effective human resource management.
- Ensure optimal usage of manpower.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Include upholding policies, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, admin, and variety of projects requested by President
A. ADMIN – General Management
1. Procurement
- Receiving and distributing letters, documentation, postal parcels
- Delivery of letter/ goods
- Take care of reception and switchboard
- Receive and check & count material-wash-WIP for production

2. Car arrangement (Customer & expats), staffs
3. Welfair management (Water usage, Restaurant, Locker, Facility for meeting room, Truck/ shuttle van, Stationary usage, Electric, water sypplies)
4. Cleanning management
5. Hotel booking/ ticket
6. Visa apply, work permit, residence card to expats/ staff
7. Benefits distribution (Uniform, Marsk, Meal arrange,....)
8. Hazardous waste (domestic and industrial / hazadous activities)
9. Entertainment activities (Football team, events,...)
10. Health care (Anual check-up, Records & reports)
11. Outsource management (Car, taxi..., Security, Team building + Tet party, Training, Laundry, Driver,...)
12. HSE (Fire fighting, First Aid)
B. HUMAN RESOURCES
- Recruitment
- Labor Contract, Employee database management
- Attendance Control System (take leave, biz schedule)
- Payroll, bonus
- Insurance, Social Insurances, PIT managerment
- People relationship
- Perfrmance Managerment (KPI, MBO)
C. LEGAL MATTER
- Company policy
- CLA (Collective Labor Agreement)
- Salary scheme
- Process, procedure

D. REPORTS
+ Head count, labor report,...etc,..
+ Admin report (car/water/stationery/security/HSE/ ….)

E. COMPLIANCE – AUDIT (CSR, EHS, ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 14001:2015)

Yêu cầu công việc
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of the Labour Law in Vietnam and with strong capability to interpret laws governing human resources;
- Knowledge of the Vietnam Tax Regulations and Social Security Regulations;
- Hand on experience in doing payroll is a MUST (refer can apply payroll, recruitment via system SAP, HRIS, ERP, ISO 14001:2015, Internal Audit)
