HR Generalist (IT Recruiter)

- Follow up the hiring plan with HR lead and hiring managers
- Prepare Job ads and announcements, as well as coordinate with responsible parties for posting on various recruitment and social media platforms
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics
- Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/internet data research, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare job offers, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hires into the company
- Create JD for new hiring, following the company guidelines
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide regular updates, metrics, and insights on recruitment activities to senior leadership
- Generate reports for management to make informed decisions.
- Develop recruiting practices and policies and keep compliance
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Organize onboarding and probation evaluation procedures with hired candidates following company policies
- Contribute to the company's training and development program following the company policy.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 1 year in IT hiring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Understanding different sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques)
- Strong ability to assess technical knowledge and depth across a variety of technologies
- Skill to use spreadsheet Applications (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Ability to research and analyze key elements of different job roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented
