- In charge of C&B processes including time management, payroll, SI/HI/UI, PIT.
- Support the HRM in building the reimbursement program in-line with HR strategies.
- Manage all personnel administration activities, HRIS systems reports, as well at Expat's supporting including work permit, resident card, insurance, housing, etc...
- Fulfill manpower needs of the company by recruiting and staffing open positions with the most suitably qualified candidates and meet SLA. Build the candidate database to support for the current and future hiring activities. In charge of all on-boarding activities and orientation for the newcomer.
- Coordinate all the PMP related process from setting objective until evaluation and calibration, including instruct, train, and consult the managers and employees to ensure the PMP are effective and efficient.
- Build internal branding and communicating program to promote company information/ activities, ensure HR and company information is transferred thoughtfully and transparency to all the levels. Coordinate company newsletter, and other employee communications.
- Promote engaging & recognition activities to increase employee proud about company
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate
- At least 3 years of working experience at the same position at a multinational company.
- Good knowledge regarding to PIT, SI/HI/UI, labor law.
- Having experience in ERP/ SAP or HRIS systems.
- Fluent in English and MS. Office.
- Confident, independent and highly accountability.
- Good interpersonal skill to work well and influence people, strong teamwork spirit.
