- Make the ethical policy depend on the Local law and customer policy then applies for the factory.
- Research potential compliance issues and updates of Local and national labor laws.
- Do the internal audit at the factories and Make the orientation action plan.
- Observe all sites at the factory and Make the report for the customer about their requirements to factories.
- Do the external audit at all factories in ethical audit.
- Visit the factories frequently to check about the action plan and Do the corrective action.
- Update the concern Local laws and customer requirements and transfer for the factories.
- Have the meeting with the customers to get new updates.
- Attend the audit of third party at the factories.
- Make the plan to improve the ethical standard to help factory meet all basic standards and continually improve
- Getting information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health conditions at the company are fit with the customer’s requirements.
- Control and training for factories about ISO , etc
- in charge and training about company regulation, internal policy,security, health & safety for worker.
- Contact & organize to training anti-fire, First-Aid,health checking annualy.
- Contact & maitain the relation with Local authority.

- Making the estimate OT report and send it to Head office
- Making the Daily actual OT report and send it to Head office
- Making Weekly OT recap and send it to Head office
- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures
- Read and update new Governmental laws/ regulations
- Follow and monitor compliance according to labour law and buyers' requirements
- Prepare and attending audits
- Making CAP and maintain CAP.
- Making on environment monitoring report
- Organize fire drill for all employees internally and externally
- Inspection for boiler
- Inspection for air compressor
- Update the Fire fighting and rescue plan
- Inspection of lightning protection system
- In charge of working environment measurement report
- In charge of chemical safety and supply PPE for all employees
- Training for all employees about labor safety, environment, sexual harassment, anti-discrimination, C-TPAT, etc.
- In charge of Worker App. Project, Brand Protection

- Making Fire safety checklist report and send it to Head office
- Making Monthly report and send to Head office
- Making Warning letter record and send it to Head office
- Making Training recap report and Training Log report and send it to Head office
- Making Grievance and Suggestion log report and send it to Head office
- Making Weekly Compliance checklist report and send it to Head office
- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures
- Read and update new Governmental laws/ regulations
- Follow and monitor compliance according to labour law and buyers' requirements
- Prepare and attending audits
- Making CAP and maintain CAP.
- Making the hazadous waste management report
- In charge of occupational health & safety report
- Conduct fire fighting & prevention for fire fighting team
- Conduct first aid training for first aid team
- Conduct Industrial Safety & Hygience for all employees
- Organize and conduct periodical training to workers and related departments about C-TPAT, IT, log out-tag out, COC, regulations of packing, fire safety,etc...
- Waste water treatment incharge.
- Working to government about environment issues.
- In charge of HER project, Higg Index and Environment Pilot Project (Better Work)
